My Fiamma just arrived...in pieces.

Apparently the Italians don't package these like they used to (according to
Bob at the Orlando Fiamma whse) and the plastic ends are very susceptible to
breakage, as in mine.
Also, the long aluminum case is susceptible to denting in shipment due to
the same poor insulation/packaging, as in mine.
The importer in Orlando is sending me the replacement parts and I get to
drill out the pop rivets, drill the hole in the replacement end cap and put
things together. Meanwhile, I don't get to just put it on my van and leave
on vacation later today. I get to wait until I get back 11 days from now.
So, think twice before getting one of these the way I did. Maybe buy one
from a local dealer and let them do all the replacement stuff after it's
shipped to them.
They are nice enough to give me 10% off (about $36.00).

Just thought you might want this information, I know I didn't!
