Sorry for the use of bandwidth for non-Vanagon content, but I need a little help. I need to source hydraulic cylinders - the double action type, where hydraulic fluid extends the ram, then by way of a control valve changes fluid flow direction, then retracts the ram. No return springs. I'm looking for a couple of these with a stroke of 10 to 12 inches. Although other strokes may work. I am also looking for the flow direction valve. Usually a lever type device with three positions, -- open, flow one, and flow two. Additionally I am looking for hydraulic pumps to supply the cylinders with the needed pressure. Surplus/used or whatever is OK. Trying to keep my project costs down. If anyone has any ideas or sources they could refer me to it would be appreciated. Thanks, John Rodgers 88 GL Driver |
