Had a similar problem where the window was in the wrong position to remove it from the vehicle. First time I used a open end wrench and lost of cussing to get it where I wanted it. Second time I got smart. Go find yourself a wide-blade flat screwdriver. Remove the motor from the regulator (it was a tight fit w/ the ratchet, but not too difficult) and then insert screwdriver and turn. If your regulator is in good shape it'll turn really easy. Works like a charm. John
