Stan's already been there done that. MMO, Engine flush, New Oil Filter, 15/50 Mobil 1, adjusted the valves. One rocker shaft lookslike it wasn't getting oiled. I do not know what you are running now or how old your present oil is but an oil change would be a cheap first step in fixing your problem. You may also want to check out Stan's suggestion about adding Marvel Mystery Oil before you change the oil. (Maybe Stan will e-mail you the procedure if he sees this.)
