Subject: Dometic fridge on 110V?

Pulled the fridge this morning. Noticed that it won't cool on 110V. Have 110V at the terminal, before the thermostat, but not after the thermostat. The thermostat reads MegOhms no matter what the dial.

I had the fridge on its side for a while when cleaning it. Is there a sensor in the thermostat disabling it when the van's not level? Maybe that's screwed? Wouldn't make sense on 110V though.

Is my thermostat toast? Are replacements available? Thanks
