Having restored several Westies, busses and Vanagons I found that all upholstery on the rear sleeping cushion and rear seats can be washed in cold water with standard detergents. Same thing for the curtains. The curtains seem to be more fragile so wash them on gentle cycle and lay out flat to dry. The mattress cover is going to shrink some but with perseverance you'll get over the pad again. A little talcum powder helps.
