I like the compression to be within 10 PSI of each
other, if they are not the idle may be rough.  100 is
low because of the one that is 130 this will cause a
rough idle. check the adjustment of your valves and
retest also do a wet compression(squirt oil into the
cyl 2-3 squirts) test to determine if the rings are
bad or the valves are leaking or burnt. If the
compression comes up a good bit the rings are bad if
it stays the same the valves show that they are bad if
it was a low cylinder. Timing, if not set right could
be a problem, but not as bad as a burnt valve
