I've been paying attention to how much rain the area has received (where the Syncro de Mayo East is being held.) Unlike the DC area (which has received upwards of 3+ inches in the last week) This area of WV and western Virginia has gotten less than an inch of rain, although surrounding areas have gotten a bit over an inch of rain.

In other words, it should be "normal" and not completely soggy like DC is.
