gary,
I did not change the cylinders when I did the brake job. However, about a month after the brake job one of the cylinders blew. Haveing the lifetime warrenty they replace the shoes and i bought a relpacement cylinder. As it stand now I have one original and one after market cylinder.
The above story happened at the 131,000 mile mark.. Today I have 282,000. (lots of freeway miles)
