From what I've heard, the main annoyance with towing any vehicle "four down" is that you can't back up. (The front wheels will turn out of line and jackknife the hitch.) Also, if your motorhome has a long rear overhang, the front wheels if the towed car may tend to turn the wrong way on very sharp corners, because the motorhome's back bumper will be swinging wide.
