The problem was that for two weeks after, I'd be driving around in my Westy smelling that baccon odor that had permiated my upholstery, curtains, canvas and anything else within 20 feet of the stove. I recall many times just driving normally and salivating everytime I stopped at a light or slowed enough for the odor to wafe to the front of the van.
