I'm not a westy owner, and I don't cook in my van with the Coleman stove or the Whisperlite. I am curious, and have a question for those who do cook in their vans:

How do you keep the cooking smells out of your van?

If I cooked anything with garlic or grease in it, I would imagine the van might smell like an old diner after awhile. You know, that rancid smell, sinking into the upholstery. How does one avoid that?
