Jeff,

Just twist and pull off the burner cap. The rest will be apparent. Be careful not to lose the small metal key. Blow some compressed air through the intake opening next to the burner dial on front panel. Clean everything and reassemble. If the fridge works fine on propane you should be good to go. Otherwise you might need to test the pressure at your regulator... Archive search of Refrigerator Madness or U tube manometer should provide further info.
