Tonya; With this new information and knowing the Temp sensor blew out, I would replace the sensor first. From the symptoms it sounds like the ECU is not getting the correct temperature information to deliver the proper mixture. Check the sensors connector carefully. The O2 sensor's cable is sometimes susceptible to wet conditions. For trouble shooting purposes only, try driving with it disconnected.
