The griddle sold by Camping World is made by NordicWare. It is cast
aluminum with a non-stick coating. It is a giddle on one side and a
grill on the other side. It has a way to catch grease on both sides.
The two-burner model covers both Westy burners very well. Cost is $30.
Works equally well in the Westy and on the burners at home. My wife, our
main cook,
thinks it's great. Not nearly as heavy as the cast iron versions and I
would guess that it distributes the heat better as well.
