Starting in 1990 in Germany (Europe?), cabin adjustable headlights are MANDATORY. The problem is when you adjust the headlights on your F-150 with no load in the back everything is fine. Throw 500kg of cargo in the back and the low beams are now pointing way in the air. With adjustable headlights the driver can lower them again to where they are supposed to be.

I half agree with both sides. Tall vehicles with poorly lit or overly bright/annoying lights are a big problem for folks with short cars (like me), but SUV's aren't the only ones. Jacked-up Rangers, full-size trucks, etc are equally to blame.

Maybe I'll let you drive my Honda some time while a Ford Exploder is tailgating it and lighting up the inside like Tiger Stadium during a night game. You might feel differently then. ;)
