The correct answer for me was $400.00 US. I spend around $200 of that with the Bus Depot to get the SA grill kit that came with inner driving (not fog) lamps. I also got a dash switch from Ron that goes right under my flasher switch. I spent the other $200 with Daniel Stern Lighting to get relays, connectors, and eurospec lights for the outer positions.

Then I rewired everything with heavy leads (both power and ground) from the battery and used the existing switch to power the relays. I wired it so if the aux switch I bought is off, the center driving lights never come on and the outers give me both high and low beams. If the aux switch is on, then the center driving lights come on and off with the high beams. With the eurospec outer lights, I don't need the driving lights on low beam.
