Adam,

Are these your handles? Looking at the one labeled for air cooled vans, it looks like it fits the later vans and not the earlier ones. I have a spare handle from an 85 (at least I think its from and 85) that doesn't fit in my 84. the handle from the 85 is shorter and the curve is greater (does this make any sense?).
