I'm writing on behalf of a friend who needs significant brake work done on her 1990 Vanagon Westfalia.  Anybody know of a trustworthy mechanic in the Frederick/Hagerstown/DC/Baltimore area?  The closer to Frederick, the better.  Her Westfalia is in perfect shape otherwise and, get this, the dealer told her to junk it and buy a Eurovan.
