I'm looking for some direction to find some specific material, the stuff that they make the so-called "Space Blankets" from, the metalized Mylar foil. Even better would be the heavier (thicker) metal coated plastic or Mylar that is used for other industrial applications like shipping and storage bags. I'm trying to find a source that sells it in wide (48") rolls that would sell me about 40 or 50 feet of it without breaking the bank. I've tried Google searches and found little. If anyone knows of a source, and especially one in the Seattle area, I'd really appreciate the information. BTW I want to make a heat shield for the top of my Westy (VC) |
