We can chose our individual ways in which to deal with this. So far I have chosen to ignore Ron's request, not because I don't want to help but because I haven't the time to do a proper job of it. Others may choose to use the delete key as often as is needed. Still others may want to come to his aid and have a go at it. Is this a free ride? Probably so. Is it the best way for a over funded corporation to do it? Probably not.

For a small business why not get direct feedback from the end user? To be polite Ron should have asked Tom C. if it was all right to post this on the list, but in reality I feel that this is more of a benefit to those who will use the finished site than any hindrance to those who help Ron out.

Just my opinion, FWIW.
