rustoleum only covers up rust, for a short period of time. por15 is the only product I have used that reasonably deals with rust. I just finished my propane tank and the tank skid plate with it.

I am on my 3rd year now after finishing all the rusted engine tinwork on my 82 and no sigh of rust reappearing yet.

they sell a starter kit for around $15.
