I've got no problem with Ron's request to test the new site. Reasonable request in my book. While he does make a living off of The List and others, he also provides a service valuable to us all. so it is a two way street. In addition to his request, he extended a discount to all who participates, a very nice gesture in my book. So he was not exactly asking something for nothing. The goal was to improve the level of performance to increase the quality of service. A win-win situation in my book. He wins, the List wins.

I have done this same sort of thing when I was running my own business up in the Far North. Who better to provide feedback than the people who will receive the service. I often asked my customers to provide feedback. Anything to improve the service to them always made for better business relations.

Good move for Bus Depot - and "Us"!!
