M9 nuts may be available at the Toyota dealer. They use them for some
brake parts.

I might be be able to make a few for you.  This is too wierd though, I
just was working out dimesions for M9-1.25 bolts today for a customer. I
check at work tomorrow. - P-Mail me tomorrow night

Typically, M9-1.25 is used as a repair screw for stripped out M8-1.25
holes, are you sure of the size? While 9mm is not a close match for any
standard inch fastener, it still seems strange to use M9.
