here are the specs on that engine: 271hp @ 6000rpm & 273ft-lbs torque @ 2,750rpm

for that kinda money, wouldn't you rather get one of these and not have to shoehorn it in? ;) Audi 2.7L-v6(90-degree block) biturbo: 250hp @ 5800rpm & 258ft-lbs torque @ 1850-3600rpm

i know you won't have to shoehorn it in because i had thought about putting dual turbos on the 3.4L chevy v6(60-degree block) i have in the van now.

hehe... ignore the people who would have our ilk put up with the buffeting of a passing semi and put the biggest engine/tranny combo in the van. for as my mom once said(driving on pa-322): "sudhir, i don't want to be sitting behind this slowpoke all day... just pass him."

keep that brain working, and never give up hope that someday there will be a diesel/electric out there that makes 500bhp and can go for 3000mi/tank ;)
