It did lower the overall noise level, but it's still a pretty loud vehicle at 70+ mph. If I can ever get my hands on a dB level meter, I'd love to take a measurement and compare it to the Car & Driver August 1986 road test of the Syncro Camper (non-GL); they measured 80dBA, cruising @ 70 mph.

I did the B-Quiet a couple of years ago, I also insulated under the rear floor with some premium wood floor insulation/padding/vapor barrier. The front floorboards and sheet metal in front of the shifter are insulated with Astro-Foil for both thermal and sound control.

The B-Quiet under the jumpseat pedestal was to keep it from rattling when I installed my 10" subwoofer under there. With that going, I hear very little road noise, or anything else for that matter while I am on the road.
