Just got back from a week in California... Attended the OCTO show and Toy show on Saturday and VW Classic on Sunday...

Had a great time, met lots of folks that I've been corresponding with for a long time, and talked with lots of great Volks Folks...

Saw a Brand spanking New Toureg, it was okay (tho I think the Porsche Cayenne (sp?) next to it was way cooler).

Considered buying the perfect RHD '71 Double Cab, but my wife said $12K was a bit much (also said if it didn't fit in my carry-on I couldn't bring it home)

Saw Lots of unusual V-dubs, many WAY overpriced...

With any luck, I'll be posting pics on a website soon...

If anybody gets a chance to go next year they are definitely must see events...
