Remove the glove box ............... unplug and replug the power to the
wiper motor several times.
Remove the lower steerring shaft cover .............. unplug and replug
the wiper electric several times.
Remove the fuse box cover and remove and re-insert the fuses.

Worst comes to worst I've got a used wiper motor for $12.00
