Any station with a clue can do it, try one that sees lots of RV traffic, near one of the
major routes. Although we've never filled in Vancouver, we've been all over BC and
never had any trouble, but I do always watch to make sure they open the bleeder
screw all the way. Should take $3-4 worth for a fill.
The valve is a standard auto propane valve, but angled downward, and awkward to
get the nozzle on.
