When I was a teenager we had a Siamese male cat. His name was Blue (Blue point breed) One Sunday after lunch three of us kids and dad were on the front porch. Mother was accustomed to buying sirloin rolled roast tied up with strings. After lunch mother gave Blue his share of the roast. Couple of hours after old Blue was on the front porch hanging with the kids. Blue was scooting his butt across the rough concrete porch. Dad reached over and picked up Blue's butt by his tail, about ten inches off the concrete porch. Dad said, go get me some scissors. Us boys were up into something else and hadn't paid much attention to Blue. One of us came back with the scissors .............. Dad said pull this tight. It was a roast string coming out of Blue's ole' one eye there in the rear. One of us held the offending string out taught while Dad gave it a little snip, saying "There you go boy". That's it a true cat story where the cat wasn't harmed.
