I've got a photo of a Porta Potti Storage box that was supposedly sold as a
VW option when Vanagons were new. It stores behind the front passenger seat
and it looks like it's secured by straps looped around tie-downs like those
used in the roof luggage well. It's upholstered and padded on top in
matching VW seat material. Does anyone on the list have one of these or has
built their own? If so I'd really appreciate any photos you have. This idea
seems convenient and practical in that Porta Potti is "hidden in plain
sight" well still easily available when needed. Plus, with the seat
swivelled and facing to the rear then the Porta Potti box would act as an
ottoman.
