Think about the IN part of that equation. Megawatts of solar energy. Seems pretty efficient to me! Fuel cell powered compressors for the Hydrogen.

You can still only get as much energy out as you put in...actually, less, because even electrolysis isn't 100% efficient. Especially if you have to compress the hydrogen for transport when you're done.
