I used a stiff brush and a weak bleach solution to clean mold from the fuzzy ceiling on the poptop. This will kill the mold, but will not completely remove the staining. A friend of mine actually used a belt sander and ground off all the fuzzy stuff and then sealed the roof with some sort of water proof treatment. This is a good solution if your pop-top is very moldy.
