The A/C is not my setup. That picture was emailed to me as an attachment and I don't have the original email anylonger. I would say a simple rectangular piece of thick plywood at the bottom of the a/c, brackets to grasp and brace it on the door, another piece to seal the window opening, some cut foam to fill the gaps and you have yourself an a/c in the passenger window.
