Obviously this means removing it again, though. I might, if you haven't tried this already, let it sit quietly for a couple days first and see if things settle out on their own. If that didn't work I might try a drive on a bumpy road before resorting to removing it again, but I'm lazy that way. ;) What I wouldn't do is run it too long if you suspect some kind of blockage. Overheating the boiler can ruin the fridge.
