Steve, A chlorine bleach solution should be enough, but, as you said << Lots of rinsing afterwards would be essential. >> I'd consult a materials safety expert before I would mix anything with the bleach. My ever impetuous old man once mixed some bleach with dish detergent in the kitchen sink and then spent a couple of days relaxing in the hospital after he was overcome by the fumes given off by that concoction.
