Can an oxygen sensor performance be evaluated by monitoring the voltage it produces with a digital v/o meter? If so what are the acceptable ranges? Changed out the exhaust piece that the sensor is mounted in and suspect that it is not working properly now. Also, can the pulley with the timing mark on it be put on 180 degrees out. Not passing emissions test, went to check timing, looks like mark is on bottom rather than top of pulley. Not what I expected, but not out of range of expectations on a vanagon. Thanks in advance, trying to get ready for significant trip over the 4th, it has been a long, campingless year so far, and I need to camp. jim 84 westy 85 rx7 variety of other transportation objects.
