....Roll on genuine nuclear (fusion) power!!....
I had two friends working for DOE during the '80's when the big push was
on for 'Alternative Power'.  One was in an executive position in the
group/department that was looking at fusion power.  Sorry people, until
there is some break through in fundamental physics it ain't gona happen.
Same problem as the 'perfect solvent':  How do you contain it?  That was
the conclusion of everybody, and I mean everybody trying to solve the
problem and why you have heard so little about fusion power for the last
twenty years or so.
