Hi,

THANKS for the help. I didn't realize that the grill was removable, figured that it was welded to the housing. Got mine out by just taking the plastic screws out above it, loosing the 6 bolts, and I was able to slide it out the top. It was a tight fit but sure beats lowering the unit.

The screw came out of the latch like a dream. I used a driver bit and it did the trick.
