Dan, sounds like you are getting close to getting the
valves right, sometimes it takes time to get the
clacking to go away. Just double check that you have
the clearance set right on them. I do mine different
from most people, on TDC I set mine to "0" clearance
leave them that way until the noise goes away then I
go back and set them to 1 1/2 turns in on TDC, works
well for me. Phil
