Could the injectors be leaking all the time? Maybe you should run through the injector test.

>>> Martinez <mart1nez@PACBELL.NET> 6/23/03 >>> I just did an engine swap, 1.9L to 1.9L, and the new to me engine is running real rich. Blue smelly smoke and after a slight warm up it floods itself and dies. I disconnected the oxygen sensor and it doesn't appear to make any difference with the way it runs. My questions are what should I check for/replace. I just need some advice on where to start. I would really like to drive my Westy again but the way things are going it seems as though it's not going to happen in my life time.......................Help. TIA, Paul Rogers, 85 Westy, that wants to go camping
