I'm no expert but here is what I think. Yes, there is a idle adjustment on the throttle body. This is right by the accelerator lever.

Idling fast can be due to an air leak too, check all vacuum hoses, clamps etc. Also the temp gauge and cabling, also the O2 sensor, etc.
