Hmm. My Westy (parked on a steep driveway) is quite dry on the inside, despite the rain that kept flood watches and warnings posted for about a week here in DC.

My Corrado's sunroof, on the other paw leaked and put about 3 inches of water into the passenger side of the vehicle (the Corrado is now under a car cover.) At least that finally got the coke out of the carpet....
