I don't think so.  I've changed mine.  I need to change the parking
brake cables on
the brown 84.  I think it can be tricky to get the brakes tight enough
but not to tight.
Same with the parking brake.  I'd suggest checking the cables for wear
etc.
Don't breath the dust.  Might as well check the bearings, drive shaft
boot for cracks.
I sprayed wd40 on the outside of the hub to fight rust.
I'm not expert on any of this.
