Remove the drums only, not the hubs. The drum will have a little bolt on the front of it. Remove the bolt and the drum will separate from the hub flange. It may be a tight fit, but is will come loose.You might need to apply the GM Bulley technique of 200 whacks with the hammer, and maybe even some heat from a propane torch, but it will come loose.

Before you start, be sure and back off the brakes a bit using the adjuster on the back of the wheel.

Finally, consider replacing the brake cylinders with new ones. They are cheap enough from Bus Depot or Vanagain.com.
