Well I got the motor in and the dash back on.. but I have had quit a time adjusting the wipers..  First try I got the wipers in the correct position ( bottom of the windshield ) turned them on.. only to watch them go down and wipe off the head lights.. so back under the dash I went loosening the bolt on the motor that holds the linkage on and moved the position of the linkage and tried it again.. it got a little better.. I have tried this over and over and can't seem to get it right.. I now have no skin on my knuckles.. 


is there a trick to this process? any help would be greatly appreciated..
