This ad for Honda was NOT created on a computer. It was shot, and was all done in one take. Well, actually took several hundred takes to get it right, but the end result was not pieced together. It was all done at once. You can read about it on Snopes at:

Very cool ad. The snopes article explains how the tires rolled up the ramp and other interesting tidbits. My favorite is at the very end when the remote is tripped, shutting the rear hatch, which changes the center of gravity just enough to make the ramp tilt and the car roll off.
