Subject: value of 87 syncro, Again
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" ; format="flowed"

Hey there syncro mongers! The van is in Montana. Does it really matter where it is as to the value of the vehicle?? Puleeeze !! I am just trying to help out a buddy who spent 6 grand on the beast only to have the motor go kaput a few months later. So if there is someone out there that knows the value of this great van. We'd be much obliged.

Particulars

87 syncro aprox 160k miles trans rebuilt last year 2 years lft on warranty no seam rust well done conversion to poptop( no sink etc.) new tires

I recommended he buy it as it felt tight. I don't know who did the motor check out on it. It's a bummer for him and as I said I'd just like to find the value of it so Either I can offer to you folks first or buy myself(doubtful as I have tow 356's I'm engaged with right now)

Thanks!

Rob
