There is an interesting German grocery store/concept in the Midwest called ALDI. Sell mostly food--cheap. Also sell products like the computer I just bought(Medion). To my surprise; made in Germany. Bought a pressure washer--Germany. Next week they will be promoting an inexpensive 6,000 btu a.c. I am curious weather it too is a German built unit. Just a tip for you Germanophiles. I don't use a.c. when camping in Wisconsin/Michigan--more likely to need heat at night. BTW, two 5,000 units will cool my (smallish)house to a pleasant 80 on hottest days. Where do people live that they can remove their complex/expensive vanagon a.c.??(and I don't mean folks that despise a.c. on principle) Tell me. I'll check Monster.com ......and I'm there.
