No guesses here and it may never happen, since satellite radio will ultimately be competing directly with local stations for listeners. NPR does not want to alienate their current market, and will keep some programming available only on the current outlets. Some programming will be exclusive to Sirius, but others will be only available on free radio. The NPR and Sirius web site have links that show you the offerings on Sirius ( http://www.npr.org/programs/nprnow/ , http://www.npr.org/programs/nprtalk/ ).
